Here’s a quick guide to help you connect and set up your cash drawer with the Foodhub EPOS system.
Locate the cash drawer connection cable.
Connect the cash drawer cable to the dedicated cash drawer port marked as DK on the receipt printer/on POS.
Note: If you are using a device with a built-in printer, connect the cash drawer directly to the POS device.
Ensure the cable is securely connected on both ends.
Switch on the printer if it is not already powered on.
On the POS screen, select Settings.
Select Settings again from the menu.
Select App Settings
Navigate to Cashdrawer configuration
Enable CashDrawer
You may configure for the cash draw to open while processing Delivery, Pickup, In-store & Restaurant orders
