Completed Orders (Beta)

The Completed Orders Beta feature in the My Business Hub App provides a powerful and streamlined way to review all your fulfilled orders. This feature allows you to view daily summaries, access detailed order information, and perform essential post-order actions.

Open the My Business Hub (MBH) App.

• Tap the hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
• Select Reports
• Choose the Store.
• Choose Completed Orders (BETA).

Viewing the Orders List

Upon opening the "Completed Orders Beta" section, you will see a comprehensive list of all completed or fulfilled orders for the current day by default.

The list displays the following key information for each order:

• Order ID
• Type of Order (e.g., Delivery, In-Store, Pickup, Restaurant)
• Total Order Value
• Tip
• Payment Type
• Order Placed Time

Filtering by Date:

• Use the calendar icon at the top of the screen.
• Select a "From Date" and "To Date" to view the total orders for any custom date range.

Sharing the Report:

• Tap the "Share Icon" in the top right corner of the orders list.
• Choose from the following options:
• Email: Send the report directly via email.
• Download: Save a copy of the report to your device.
• Share: Open your device's share menu to send the report via other apps (e.g., messaging, cloud storage).
