Getting Started: How to Log In to the My Takeaway App

This guide explains how to log in to the My Takeaway App and manage multiple stores under one account. You’ll learn how to log in securely, view all stores linked to your registered number, and switch between them without logging out.

What This Feature Does

Enables secure login with your registered Foodhub number and OTP.
Supports managing multiple takeaways linked to your account.
Lets you switch between stores quickly without logging out.
Generates reports per store or across all stores.

How to Log In

Download and install the My Takeaway app (Android, iOS, or Web).
Open the app and select your Country.
Enter your registered Foodhub mobile number.
You’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on that number.
Enter the OTP to log in securely.

Managing Multiple Stores

If your mobile number is linked to more than one store, you’ll see a list of stores after login.
Tap a store name to start managing that business.
To switch later:
- Tap the Hamburger Menu (≡) in the top-left corner.
- Tap the current store name.
- Select another store from the list.
To view reports across all stores:
- Open Order Summary Beta.
- Use the filter to select All Stores or switch between stores.

Best Practice

Always double-check you’re logged into the correct store before updating menus or orders.
Use the “All Stores” option in Order Summary Beta to keep oversight of multiple businesses.
You don’t need to log out to switch — just use Change Store for quick access.
