Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central control panel, allowing you to track performance, manage orders, monitor savings, and quickly access important tools. The new Beta version enhances this experience by providing real-time business insights in a modern, easy-to-navigate layout.

The Dashboard feature allows you to:

• Monitor real-time sales and performance metrics.
• Track completed, ongoing, and unfulfilled orders in one place.
• Get a clear financial overview including revenue, refunds, discounts, and void orders.
• Quickly enable or disable delivery and pickup options.
• Adjust waiting times to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.
• Access third-party ordering platforms directly through integrations.
• Switch between classic and beta dashboard views for flexible management.

• The Dashboard is the landing screen when you log in to the My Business Hub (MBH) app.
• If you are using another feature, tap Dashboard from the menu to return.

The Dashboard Beta is designed to provide a comprehensive business overview all in one place.

New features include:

• Selected Business View – Instantly see which business you’re managing.
• Net Sales – Get real-time insights into your total earnings along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Ongoing Orders – Track all active orders in progress; click on it to access the orders in the current orders section.
• Discounts – View all orders that have a discount applied and total discounts offered along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Void Orders – Stay updated on the total voided orders along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Refunds – View total refunds processed along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Completed Orders – View total completed orders along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Average Order Value – View the average order value along with revenue comparison of the same day.
• Team – View the staff productivity on check-in and checkout of the current day.
• Order Channels  – Set or integrate whether customers can place orders from your restaurant using order channels (Native website, UberEats, Just Eat, Deliveroo and much more)

After the Dashboard Beta view, you can view the classic dashboard, and you can view:

• Setup Direct Debit if not setup on the account
• Quick access to integrate third party marketplace into Foodhub POS.
• Total savings compared to other online ordering platforms
• Use Take Payment to generate Pay By Link / QR code or if signed up with Adyen, you can use Tap To Pay feature.
• Out-of-stock management; if any items were marked Out Of Stock, it will be displayed when clicked
• Today's orders; you can view the total orders for the day along with the View statistics, which will redirect you to the reports section.
• You can quickly view whether the Website is opened or closed based on the status; you can click and make changes to the website.
• You can quickly Get support through WhatsApp or Email
• If you want to schedule Promotions, you can choose between SMS, Discount, and Coupons
• You can view all the online feedback from customers under the Review & Ratings

This layout is familiar and remains available just below the Dashboard Beta if you prefer the old style.
