Order Summary (Beta)

This section explains how to use the Order Summary (Beta) feature in the My Business Hub App to track and analyse sales performance across both Foodhub and integration orders. The feature offers a comprehensive reporting dashboard that consolidates all order data, allowing businesses to review sales, revenue, and multi-store performance in one place to make informed decisions.

1. Open the My Business Hub App on your smartphone.
2. Click on the "Hamburger" icon at the top left corner and select Reports.
3. Choose the Store.
4. Click on Order Summary (BETA)

Sales Summary Report:

• View Total Revenue and Order Count for various periods (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30/90 Days, or a Custom range).
• See a quick Sales Summary of Total Revenue, Tips, VAT, Partial Refunds, and Net Sales.
• Get detailed breakdowns for:
• Sales by Order Type: Delivery, Collection, In-store, Pickup, etc.
• Charges: Delivery charges and other fees.
• Discounts: The total value of all discounts applied.
• Sales by Payment Type: Cash, Card Terminal, External Card Terminal, Pay Later.
• Credit Received: Payments collected for "Pay Later" orders.
• Split Payments: Breakdown of cash and card transactions for split-tender orders.
• Sales by Platform Type: Online - Web, Foodhub - Web, Offline, Kiosk.
• Unfulfilled Orders: Cancelled, Refunded, and Partially Refunded orders (by card/cash).
• Void Orders: Total value of voided orders.

Product Performance Report:

• Review Top-Selling Items: See your top 5 products and the quantity sold.
• View All Item Sales: See every item sold and the revenue it generated.
• Filter by Date Range: Select Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 30/90 Days, or a Custom range (up to a maximum of one year).
• Filter by Store: Use the filter icon to switch between individual store views or select "All Stores" for a consolidated report.
• Download & Share: Export reports via email, download directly to your phone, or share them with your team.
