Order Summary

This guide explains how to access and review different type of reports in the My Business Hub (MBH) App, including order volumes, payment types, best-selling items, and more.

What this feature does:

The Order Summary feature allows you to:

Review payment methods (Cash, Card, Card at Shop).
Track order modes (Online – Web, POS).
View order types (Delivery, Collection, In-store).
Analyse order counts, total revenue, VAT%, and percentage splits.

Check delivery partner fees for accurate cost tracking.

Where to find this feature

Open the My Business Hub (MBH) App.
Tap the hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Reports from the menu. (If Multiple Takeaway access, choose a business)
Choose Order Summary.

Steps to access the Order Summary

Apply Filters – Use filters to set a date or date range.
View the Report – Review all order and revenue insights.

You can also save or share the report in different formats:

Download – Save it as a PDF.
Email – Send the report to your registered email address.
Print – Get a physical copy of the report.
