Completing Your Datman Registration

The documents you need depend on your business type:

For Sole Traders

• Passport or Permanent Driving Licence
• Personal Bank Statement (PDF, any 1 month within the last 90 days)
• Utility Bill (PDF, any 1 month within the last 90 days, must show business address)

For Limited Companies

• Passport or Permanent Driving Licence (for directors/owners)
• Business Bank Statement (PDF, any 1 month within the last 90 days, must show business name and account number)

For Partnerships

• Partnership Agreement
• Business Registration (Companies House)
• Business Name Registration (if different from partner names)
• Partnership Certificates or Licences (if required for your industry)

• Use clear, legible PDFs only.
• Ensure details (name, address, account number) match across all documents.
• Only upload recent statements/bills (within 90 days).
• Prepare documents before starting registration to avoid payout delays.

• Missing, expired, or mismatched documents may delay verification and settlements.
• Verification typically completes in 1–3 business days if documents are correct.
• If payments appear missing or delayed, Datman is the team that confirms settlement status — contact Foodhub Support to escalate.
• You can update bank details later by uploading a new, valid business statement via Datman.
