Driver Stats

The Driver Takings feature provides reports on driver performance, including completed deliveries, tips, fees, and earnings from both cash and card orders. You can also add new drivers from this section.

Open the My Business Hub (MBH) App.

• Tap the hamburger icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
• Select Driver Takings.
• You can also find this feature by going to "Reports"
• Choose the Store.

• Click on “Driver Stats”  

  

  

When you open Driver Takings, you will see a list of drivers along with their order delivery stats. Each report shows the driver’s name, an optional profile picture, the number of deliveries completed, the tips earned, the driver fee, and a breakdown of cash  and card orders delivered.

Use the calendar icon at the top to filter reports — you can check daily reports or view data for up to the last 90 days. Once filtered, you also have the option to print the report.

To add a new driver:

1. Tap the + (plus) icon in the bottom-right corner.
2. Enter the driver’s name and mobile number.
3. (Optional) Upload a driver picture.
4. Enable the toggle if you want the driver to send SMS to customers via the Drive2Success App.
5. Enable the toggle to allow the driver to view their delivery stats for the last 30 days.

Tap the check mark in the top-right corner to save the details.
