Orders "Completed"
This guide explains how to view completed orders for the day in the My Business Hub app. The Completed section helps you keep a record of all orders that have been delivered, collected, or served in-store, making it easier to track business performance and resolve any customer queries.
What This Feature Does
The Completed tab stores all finished orders (completed & Cancelled) whether delivery, collection, or in-store. It serves as a historical log, allowing you to review order details, verify payments, and check customer information if needed.
How to Manage Orders in the Completed Tab
- Tap the Completed tab on the Orders screen.
- Red coloured orders details denote they are cancelled orders and black coloured orders are completed (fulfilled Orders)
- Browse through the list of fulfilled orders, including Delivery, Collection, and In-Store.
- Click on an order to view details such as:
- Customer name and contact
- Order ID and number
- Ordered items
- Payment method and status
- Order date and time
- Use this tab to verify past transactions, confirm order accuracy, or resolve disputes.
- To mark all orders as complete, click the "Complete All" option found within the Ellipse Menu in the top-right corner.
By using the Completed tab, you can maintain an accurate record of your order history, supporting both customer service and business reporting.
