How to Integrate Just Eat with the My Takeaway App

This guide explains how to integrate Just Eat using the My Takeaway App so you can manage all online orders in one place. The integration process usually takes 7–10 business days, though it may sometimes be completed sooner.

What This Feature Does

The Just Eat integration allows you to:
Receive Just Eat orders directly in your Foodhub POS system.
Manage orders across multiple marketplaces from a single device.
Keep your operations streamlined without switching between separate terminals.

Step-by-Step Guide

Check requirements:
- Ensure you have compatible Foodhub hardware.
- Confirm your Just Eat account is active.
Contact Foodhub Support:
- Reach out to the Foodhub Support Team to start your integration request.
- The team will verify your setup and begin the process.
Understand the timeline:
- Integration usually takes 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, it may be completed sooner.
- You will be notified once integration is live.
Menu alignment:
- Foodhub will align your Just Eat menu with your Foodhub menu structure.
- If adjustments are needed, the support team will guide you.
Review integration fees:
- No charge for the initial integration.
- If you are new to integration, you will receive three months free.
- After the free period, fees apply based on order volume (high-volume clients may qualify for reduced rates).
Confirm delivery setup:
- Inform the support team whether you use Just Eat delivery or in-house delivery.
After integration is complete:
- Keep your Just Eat terminal powered ON at all times.
- On the Just Eat terminal, go to Settings → Number of Prints → set to 0.
- Request all menu changes through Foodhub Support (not the Just Eat Partner Centre).
- Do not trigger Change of Ownership on Just Eat, as this disrupts the integration.
- Complete order cancellations via the Just Eat system, not Foodhub.
- You can still manage offers such as BOGOF, BOGOH, and discounts in the Just Eat Partner Centre.

Important Notes

Integration takes around 7–10 business days, though some are faster.
A compatible Foodhub device is required.
All menu changes must go via Foodhub Support, not directly in Just Eat.
Only one discount or offer type can be applied per order, but BOGOF, BOGOH, and discounts can still be managed in the Just Eat Partner Centre.
If you encounter any issues during or after setup, always contact Foodhub Support.
Do not log ownership changes on Just Eat without Foodhub — it will break the integration.
Reports and sales data remain separate between marketplaces but are visible inside your Foodhub dashboard.
