How to Manage Delivery & Pickup Status in the My Takeaway App

• Enable or disable Delivery and Pickup orders separately.
• Temporarily close services for today only.
• Schedule reopening for a specific date and time.
• Clearly display availability to customers on your website or app.

• Open the My Takeaway app on your smartphone.
• Tap the Hamburger menu (≡) in the top-left corner.
• Select Settings → Store Settings.
• Here you’ll find the Delivery & Pickup options.

Delivery Option

• Enable: Allows delivery orders online.
• Disable:
  • Closed Today – Disables delivery just for the current day.
  • Closed Until – Set a date and time for delivery to reopen automatically.

Pickup Option

• Enable: Allows pickup orders on your website.
• Disable:
  • Closed Today – Disables pickup just for today.
  • Closed Until – Choose a date and time for pickup to reopen automatically.

Always save changes by tapping the ✔ (check mark) in the top-right corner.

• Separate control – Delivery and pickup can be managed independently.
• Save prompt – If you forget to save, the app will prompt you before exiting.
• Customer view – Closed options will not appear until their scheduled reopening.
• Manual override – You can reopen services earlier by enabling them again in the app.
